Forces resort to aerial firing to disperse protesters during clashes in Kulgam

Government forces on Tuesday resorted to aerial firing and teargas shelling to disperse protesters during a cordon and search operation in Kulgam district of south Kashmir.
Reports said that people took to streets to disrupt an anti-militant operation in Tarigam village on Tuesday evening.
Forces, they said, responded with aerial firing and teargas shelling to break up the protests.
