Srinagar: Handwara gunfight between militants and government forces entered second day on Wednesday as Para Commandos were rushed to the area, sources said.
They said that Para Commandos have resumed a search operation in Hafrudha forest area of Handwara in north Kashmir’s Kupwara district to find out hiding militants.
Local sources said that they could see and hear army helicopters flying in the area since wee hours.
Meanwhile search operation in the forests of Handwara were on when filed this report.
