Srinagar : A robber was caught red handed when he was trying to break into shops in main market Kangan on Friday night.
According to police, during the intervening night of Thursday-Friday a special patrolling party of the police Station Kangan busted the plan of theft and apprehended him red handed.
“He was arrested while he was attempting to steal things from a recharge shop situated in main market the investigation is going on under FIR No 59/2016 under sections 457/380.
