Jammu : Jammu and Kashmir Minister of State for Transport Sunil Sharma today said buses exclusively for women started here will surely help in preventing crime against women across the state.
”No doubt crime against women is on rise in the country and such incidents are also being reported in the state so keeping in view the rising crime rate, buses only for ladies today started in Jammu,’’ Sharma here told reporters after flagging off of fleet of SRTC buses on city routes.
