Eight hours after militants stormed the District Police Lines Pulwama, the stand-off continued between government forces and the Fidayeen.
Reports said that loud explosions were heard even as militants, who have positioned themselves in a building near the Special Operations Group (SOG) camp, continued to fire on the forces.
Unconfirmed reports said that a militant has been killed in the ongoing operation.
They said that two quarters have been set on fire by the forces.
