Mirwaiz welcomes Amnesty report calling for ban on pellet guns in Kashmir

Hurriyat (M) chief Mirwaiz Umar Farooq on Thursday welcomed the Amnesty International report calling for immediate ban on shotguns in Kashmir.
In a tweet, Mirwaiz said that Kashmir welcomed the amnesty report released yesterday in Srinagar.
“Kashmir welcomes amnesty report calling for immediate ban on pellet guns, trial of forces (personnel) in civilian courts and rehabilitation and compensation for victims,” tweeted Mirwaiz.
