The strategic Srinagar-Jammu highway re-opened for traffic after remaining closed for several hours due to fresh landslides in Ramsoo sector, police said.
An official said that the highway was blocked after landslide near Ramsoo early today.
He said the highway was re-opened for vehicular traffic following a clearance operation.
The nearly 300-km-long highway is the only major road link between the Kashmir Valley and the rest of the world.
