Srinagar: Three civilians and an Army soldier were killed, around 30 civilians and two forces personnel were injured on Wednesday during an encounter with militants and clashes in south Kashmir’s Kulgam district, sources said. Government forces launched a cordon and search operation in the district’s Khudwani area last night, following information about presence of militants.
