A civilian who was injured at Laizbal in Anantnag town succumbed to his injuries.

Sources told News agencies that Shafeeq Ahmad Shah son of Shabir Ahmad Shah resident of Khar Mohalla Shopian succumbed to his injuries near at Bijbehara.
He was being shifted to a Srinagar hospital for further treatment but unfortunately succumbed near Bijbehara.
Earlier, Unknown Gunmen travelling in a Santro Car fired upon a CRPF Party at Lazibal chowk on Anantnag – Pahalgam road in Anantnag district in which shafiq Ahmad Shah of Shopian got injured.
