BALD HEADED THUG OF WAZIR BAGH ON PROWL
Srinagar (T & U): 5th September Kindly Beware of Bald Headed THUG Namely Farooq Ahmad Lone of Wazirbagh Srinagar who is on prowl to find his new bunch of innocents to be robbed off their hard earned money .The person poses as Dy.Director from Floriculture Department and remains in best of his articulated behavior and tongue. He assures otherwise deserving young unemployed educated youth of employment through SSRB.
He is seen in best of his attire, scent and clean shaved bald head and mango shaped face .He has collected Rs.25 lakhs from many unemployed youth who had applied with SSRB against the post of General Cadre Teacher but since the merit list has been made public the Thug has undergone into hiding as none of the candidates he had assured employment are in the list.
