A Football Referees Development Programme was organized by DFA Leh under the directions of J&K Football Association & All India Football Federation at Kendra Vedalya School, Leh from 11th to 14th Sept.

2018 under the supervision of Shri Nazir Ahmad, Head of Referees/ Referee Instructor AIFF & Vice-President North East Zone of JKFA in which 35 interested candidates from all corners of District Leh took part. The District Youth Services & Sports Leh extended full co-operation & Deputed all Physical instructor of Leh for the said Course. Important changes/amendments in the laws of Game of Football were discussed in detail which were adopted after last world Cup in Moscow.
Similar Courses were held in District of Jammy. Srinagar, Kathua, Anantnag & Baramulla
Madam Avny Lavasa, Deputy Commissioner Leh was the Chief Guest & awarded the Certificates to all participants.
