Police on Tuesday night arrested one person and seized large quantity of illegal timber loaded in a mini truck in Rafiabad area of North Kashmir’s Baramulla District.
Reports reaching GNS said that a person identified as Bashir Ahmad War son of Ghulam Mahiddin War resident of Chatoosa Rafiabad was arrested by the police on late last night and large quantity of illegal timber along with vehicle bearing registration number JK05 A 6008 was siezed.
Meanwhile a police official while confirming this news to GNS said tha a case bearing FIR No. 145/2018 U/S 379 RPC 6 FACT has been registered in Dangiwacha Police Station and further investigation has been taken up officer added. (GNS)
