BSP to support Congress in Madhya Pradesh: Mayawati

Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP) chief Mayawati on Wednesday said here that her party will lend support to the Congress in Madhya Pradesh.
The Congress on Wednesday emerged as the largest party in Madhya Pradesh and Rajasthan, but missed securing the absolute majority in both the states.
According to the Election Commission, the final tally for the 230-seat Madhya Pradesh Assembly showed Congress winning 114 seats, while the ruling BJP came close with 109 in a battle that went to the wire on Tuesday.
