Ex-IAS officer Krishnan appointed as another advisor to Jammu and Kashmir Governor

SRINAGAR : An order issued by the General Administration Department Civil Secretariat, Jammu read: “Sanction is hereby accorded to the appointment of Shri Skandan Krishnan, IAS (Retired) as Advisor to the Governor of Jammu and Kashmir with effect from the date he assumes charge.”

Jammu and Kashmir government on Wednesday appointed former IAS officer Skandan Krishnan as another advisor for running the affairs of the State.

An order issued by the General Administration Department Civil Secretariat, Jammu read: “Sanction is hereby accorded to the appointment of Shri Skandan Krishnan, IAS (Retired) as Advisor to the Governor of Jammu and Kashmir with effect from the date he assumes charge.”

The GAD order said Krishnan’s appointment shall be governed by the terms and conditions as are applicable to other Advisors in terms of Government Order No. 1110-GAD of 2018 dated 09-07-2018.
