Jammu, Feb 23: (UNI) Inspector General of Police, Jammu Zone Manish Kumar Sinha on Saturday cleared that two shops and two cars were damaged in fire incident in Poonch district of Jammu and Kashmir.
“On Saturday night a fire incident took place at Mendhar,” said the IGP.
He said that two shops belonged to Shubam Gupta and Amit Tandan that got partially damaged while two Cars of Mohammad Zubair and Mohammad Aijaz, parked near the shop also got destroyed.
Police has registered FIR and is investigating the case, said the IGP adding, “local poeple are rendering help to Police while there was no injury to anyone in the incident.”
