Anantnag, Mar 18: (UNI) A Lok Adalat will be held in south Kashmir district of Kulgam to settle cases of different nature among the litigants, an official spokesman said on Monday.
He said according to Chairman Tehsil Legal Services Authorities Kulgam, a Lok Adalat will be held on April 9, 2019 in the premises of District Court Complex to settle cases of different nature among the litigants.
Any civil, criminal compoundable offences, NI Act cases under Section 138, Bank Recovery cases, Labour Dispute Cases, family dispute cases, other civil cases and injection suits will be taken up for amicable settlement.
The interested litigants whose cases are pending in Courts of district Kulgam and desire to get their cases settled through the Lok Adalat have been asked to approach presiding officers of the concerned courts by or before April 9, 2019 for registration.
