Srinagar, Mar 18: (UNI) A 13-year-old boy, who went missing on Sunday in the apple township of Sopore in north Kashmir district of Baramulla, was traced on Monday by police in winter capital, Jammu.
Official sources said the minor, identified as Danish Bashir Khan, left home at Hathlangoo in Sopore early on Sunday morning for tuition, but didn’t return. “The family members searched everywhere and contacted Khan’s friends,” they said.
They said a missing complaint has been registered in a local police station. “After following various leads, the minor was traced in Jammu by police,” they said, adding that Khan will be brought to the valley and handed over to his family.
