Srinagar, Mar 29: (UNI) A barber was shot at and critically wounded by unidentified gunmen in Tral area of south Kashmir district of Pulwama Thursday night, official sources said on Friday.
They said a group of unidentified gunmen fired upon a 27-year-old Manzoor Ahmad Hajam, a resident of Midoora Khangund, at Hajam Mohalla Tral last night.
The injured was immediately rushed to local hospital from where he was referred to Srinagar in a critical condition.
A police spokesman said Hajam was running a barber shop at Tral.
He said a case has been registered and a massive hunt has been launched to nab the gunmen.
