Thiruvananthapuram, Apr 25: (UNI) A collection of literary works about IAF Wing Commander Abhinandan Varthaman will be released here on Friday.
The digital version of literary works compiled by UAE-based NRI industrialist and Chairman of Aries Group, Sohan Roy, will be released at a function to be held at press club.
Sohan Roy’s earlier work was ‘Anukavyam,’ a compendium of selected poems on socially relevant issues .
Abhinandan Varthaman was captured by the Pakistani Army on February 27 after his MiG-21 Bison jet was shot down in a dogfight with Pakistani F-16 fighter during an aerial combat.
Later, the captured Indian pilot was released on the night of March 1 by Pakistan.
