GANDOLA ASSOCIATION GULMARG ON PROTEST

Baramulla : At World famous Ski Resort Gulmarg Traders association Gandola staged a massive protest against e-Ticketing of Gulmarg Gondola.

Protestors said that E-Ticketing is direct attack on their livelihood as they used to accompany tourists till Gondola and in getting tickets booked earlier and used to earn a little bucks for their families . It was earlier 30% online Quota then Fifty but now total booking is online .

Asif Jaan President of the association told to the reporter of Time and Us that there is no genuine reason with the Government to take such a step which is likely to deprive us all of our bread and butter including smile from our lives which is share injustice with them .

Tariq Ahmed of Gulmarg Guide Association,Gh Hassan of Horse Riding Association and Asif jan of Traders’ Association and ,Shabir Khan of Sumo stand Tangmarg warned authorities of dire consequences in case their demands are not met in record time. Riyaz Ahmad of Gandola was not available to take on any phone call of the reporter.
