Lok Adalat being held on May 15 in Anantnag
Anantnag, May 1: A Lok Adalat will be held in this south Kashmir district to settle cases of different nature amicably among the litigants on May 15, an official spokesman said here on Wednesday evening.
He said according to the Chairman Tehsil Legal Services Committee (TLSC) Anantnag, a Lok Adalat will be organised under the Chairmanship of the Chairman TLSC Anantnag at Court Complex Anantnag on May 15, 2019
During the Lok Adalat cases of different nature including pre and post litigation shall be taken up for amicable settlement.
In this regard, all the Judicial Officers at district headquarter Anantnag are requested to identify the cases to be taken up in the Lok Adalat and the list of such cases be submitted to the Office of the Chairman Tehsil Legal Services Committee Anantnag by or before May 14, 2019.
Further interested parties who are desirous to put their cases in the Lok Adalat are directed to approach the concerned courts at Anantnag by or before the scheduled date, he said.
