KCCI demands job for widow of Rouf, BJP seek all help from Guv

Srinagar, Jun 1: The Kashmir Chamber of Commerce and Industries (KCCI) on Saturday demanded a permanent government job for the widow of Rouf Ahmad Dar who lost his life while saving five tourists after their boat capsized in river Lidder in Pahalgam last evening.
The Bhartiya Janata Party (BJP) urged Governor administration to provide all help to the next of kin of Rouf while Peoples Conference (PC) chairman Sajjad Gani Lone described him (Rouf) a real hero who will be an inspiration in selflessness and our tradition of hospitality.
The KCCI appreciated the administration ‘s prompt response in recommending bravery award and financial support to Rouf, demanded a permanent government job for the widow of Rouf.
A spokesman of the KCCI president Sheikh Ashiq Ahmad has paid tributes to the bravery of Rouf and announced that it would taking cognizance of the matter and provide required assistance to family of Rouf.
State secretary of the BJP (Org) Ashok Koul salutes to Pahalgam brave heart Rouf, who is an inspiration to us all and it shows how much the people of Kashmir care for their guests. He appeals to Governor Administration to provide full support to bereaved family.
Taking to micro blogging site twitter Sajjad Lone said “ A Very sad incident. My tributes to the exemplary courage bravery and dedication of Rouf Ahmed. He sacrificed his own life to save the lives of our guests. He is the real hero who will be an inspiration in selflessness and our tradition of hospitality.May Allah grant him Jannat”.
