Baramulla, Jul 12: An alleged Over Ground Worker (OGW) worker of Jaish-e-Mohammad (JeM) was arrested by security forces in apple township of Sopore in this north Kashmir district, official sources said on Friday.
Police on Thursday had arrested three OGWs of JeM in Anantnag.
Sources said security forces established a naka checking at Parraypora in Rafiabad, Baramulla following a tip off. During the checking one suspicious person identified as Tawheed Ahmad Lone was arrested.
During his frisking one pistol alongwith a magazine and five live rounds were recovered.
Lone has admitted that he was working as OGW for JeM, they said adding an FIR number 114/2019 under relevant sections of law has been registered in Police Station Dangiwacha and further investigations were taken up.
