Srinagar, Jul 14: A yatri from Rajasthan died during the pilgrimage to holy Amarnath cave shrine in South Kashmir Himalayas in the wee hours on Sunday.
A yatra official told UNI that 63-year-old pilgrim, identified as Sundari Devi Chauhan, wife of Ram Narayan Chauhan, a resident of Ajmer in Rajasthan, died at Baltal Base Hospital at 0400 hrs on Sunday.
“The cause of his death was being ascertained,” he told UNI.
