Srinagar, Jul 17: Governor Satya Pal Malik on Wednesday asked S K University of Agriculture Science and Technology (SKUAST), Kashmir, to work for upgradation of teaching methods in all research areas, an official spokesman said here this afternoon.
He said Vice Chancellor (VC) of SKUAST, Kashmir, Prof Nazeer Ahmed met Governor Malik, Chancellor of the University, at the Raj Bhavan here today.
Prof Ahmed apprised Governor about various issues of academic and administrative importance relating to the Main and Off-site campuses and to-date status of filling up of vacant posts of staff
Governor emphasised high importance of continuous up gradation of teaching methods and achieving tangible outcomes in all the research areas.
