Srinagar, Jul 31: Body of a 35-year-old youth was recovered under suspicious circumstances in south Kashmir district of Pulwama on Wednesday, official sources said.
They said panic gripped in Yar Kalampora of Shadimarg in Pulwama this morning when some locals found a body. Later , police was informed, they said adding the body was taken away by a police team for identification.
The deceased was later identified as Abdul Gani Wagay, a resident of Sehpora, sources said adding the cause of his death was being ascertained.
Meanwhile, police has registered a case and initiated proceedings.
