Encounter starts in Pulwama Village
Srinagar, May 06 : An encounter breaks out between militants and security forces at Shaar area of Pampore in south Kashmir’s Pulwama district.
Officials sources reaching here reveal that contact with hiding militants has been established after a joint team of forces including 50 Rashtriya Rifles (RR), and Jammu and Kashmir police launched a Cordon and search operation on special inputs about the presence of militants in the area.
It’s believed that two to three militants are believed to be trapped under the heavy contingent of forces.
