Aijaz demands magisterial probe in Zainapora Temple burning incident
Shopian: Former Member of Legislative Assembly (MLA)-Advocate Aijaz Ahmad Mir Thursday demanded magisterial inquiry into the unfortunate incident of burning of Ragnya Temple in Zainapora Shopian.
In a press release, former MLA Wachi condemned the incident of the burning of Ragnya Temple and demanded a thorough probe in the matter.
“I strongly condemn the incident of burning of Ragnya Temple, as it has saddened me to the core,” said Advocate Aijaz, adding that every Kashmiri Muslim is with the Hindu brethren.
Aijaz further demanded the restoration work of the temple on war footing, so that devotees can visit the Temple as soon as possible.
