J&K Government Appoints MP Mian Altaf As Member Of J&K Haj Committee
Srinagar, April 11(GNS): Government of Jammu and Kashmir on Friday appointed member of Parliament Mian Altaf as member of J&K Haj Committee.
“In exercise of the powers conferred by section 17(1) and 18(1) of the Haj Committee Act, 2002 (35 of 2002) read with rule 20 of the Haj Committee Rules, 2002, the Government of Jammu and Kashmir hereby appoints Mian Altaf Ahmad, Member of Parliament, Rajouri- Anantnag Parliamentary Constituency as member of the Jammu and Kashmir Union Territory Haj Committee, reads the order as per GNS.
“The term of the member shall be co-terminous with the members appointed vide notification S.O. 344 of 2022 dated 20.07.2022, reads the order.(GNS)
