KULGAM, JANUARY 11: Additional Deputy Commissioner, Ghulam Hassan Sheikh today informed that an amount of Rs 10.40 crore has been disbursed to 21395 farmers and orchardists of Kulgam district whose crop and plants were affected during November 2018 snowfall. He said a total of Rs 36.41.
