Srinagar:Jammu and Kashmir government on Wednesday ordered the appointment of Bhawani Rakwal as the new Deputy Commissioner of Doda district.
“Mr Bhawani Rakwal, KAS, Director Horticulture Jammu, is transferred and posted as Deputy Commissioner, Doda, vice Mr Bhupinder Kumar,” said an official.
