Baramulla, Jul 26: Jammu and Kashmir police arrested father and son duo after charas was recovered from their possession in apple township of Sopore in this north Kashmir on Friday, a police spokesman said here this afternoon.
He said on a tip off police arrested Ghulam Mohiuddin Dar and his son Ghulam Hassan Dar, resident of Teliyan Mohalla Armpora, Sopore, after half a kg of charas was recovered from their possession.
Father & Son Gh Mohiudin Dar S/O Gh Mohammad Dar and Gh Hassan Dar S/O Ghulam Mohiudin Dar (Father and Son) R/O Teliyan Mohalla Arampora Sopore were apprehended, 1/2 kg Charas recovered case registered investigation set into motion
He said a case FIR No. 209/2019 U/S 8/20, 29 NDPS Act has been registered at Police Station Sopore and further investigation has been initiated.
